The Three Amenity Areas are shown in red on the estate map that is available as a download on this website and are:-

1. The landscaped central park and children’s play area

2. The open grassed area on the left hand side, on the way out of the estate

3. The car park for the use of residents in houses numbered 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 Vista Road.
